We start with the first recipe: Fruit Parfait
- Low Fat Greek Yogurt
- Strawberries or Blueberries
- Honey
- Granola
1. Slice up the fruit and add to a bowl.
2. Layer on top some Greek Yogurt. Drizzle with Honey.
3. Sprinkle Granola Cereal on top. We like the Northern Gold brand because it contains Oats, Honey & Almonds.
